This policy applies to HearThai Academy, operated by HearGlobal LLC (1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA), on the web and in the HearThai Academy app for iPhone, iPad and Android.
Every account can explore HearThai Academy for free, with no payment card required. When you're ready to keep everything, unlocking lifetime access is a one-time payment, not a subscription. There is no automatic charge: you are only charged if you deliberately choose to purchase.
If you bought lifetime access on the web and change your mind, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, no questions asked. Open Account → Request a refund on the website and it is processed automatically to your original payment method; there is no form to fill in and no email required. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. If you delete your account within those 7 days, the refund is issued automatically before the account is deleted.
If you bought lifetime access as an in-app purchase, Apple or Google took the payment, and only they can refund it. We cannot refund a store purchase ourselves, and the website's self-serve refund does not apply to it.
Each store decides refunds under its own policy. If the store refunds your purchase, the lifetime access it unlocked is removed from your account.
Since no card is on file until you choose to purchase, there is nothing to cancel beforehand; simply stop using the app. For any billing question after a purchase, email [email protected] from your account email.
We comply with all applicable consumer-protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have in your country. Where consumer law gives you additional rights, we honor them.
